BENEFICIOS
Cocamidopropyl betaine belongs to the betaine family, which has a medium cleansing power. Thanks to this property, it cleanses and promotes foam formation, but without drying out the skin.
It has a pH between 5 and 6, making it particularly compatible with the dermis and mucous membranes. In fact, not only does it have very low irritability, but it is also capable of reducing the potential irritation of other surfactants. For this reason, this ingredient is widely used in the manufacture of baby-related cosmetic products.
In addition, this compound helps control the viscosity of cosmetic products and hair conditioners.
