NATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 working hours or 48-72 hours for deliveries to the Peninsula, depending on the shipping option you choose. For the Balearic Islands, delivery usually takes 72-96 hours. Deliveries to the Canary Islands typically take around 5 days, as they rely on ships and planes.

Please note that during peak times like Christmas and summer, when courier volumes are high or staffing levels are reduced, there may be delays, though this is rare!

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following working day. The same applies for national or local holidays in Valencia, where we will have a day off.

RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS

Typically, when you place your order, you'll receive a notification from us via email. Afterwards, the courier we work with will send notifications to your email and, in some cases, to your mobile phone.

Please note that delivery practices can vary depending on the courier in your area, but they'll usually attempt to deliver your package once. If they're unable to deliver, you'll receive instructions from the courier on how to arrange a re-delivery or provide an alternative solution, such as collecting your package from a nearby pick-up point.
