Polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate is a naturally derived emulsifier. It is a yellowish viscous liquid obtained by combining glycerin with stearic acid.
BENEFICIOS
This ingredient is used to emulsify the formulas through which different cosmetic products are obtained. It is especially useful for combining immiscible (non-mixable) liquids, such as water and oil. Additionally, it can be used for both cold and hot process formulations.
Another benefit of polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate is that this ingredient is very gentle and respectful to the skin. For this reason, this compound is included in cosmetics intended for sensitive skin, as well as in baby products.
