If you have placed an order and realized you don't want it, call us by phone at 692 856 013 or write us an email at hola@maminat.com
If your package hasn't been picked up by the courier yet, we will cancel it and the system will refund your money. However, if the courier has already picked up your package, we won't be able to process a refund but we can offer a product exchange. We'll explain how we'll handle it.
Exchange Policy
Our company, Soluciones Maminat Naturales SL, trading as Maminat, does not process money refunds but we do have a very clear exchange policy with no cost to the customer.
In any case, the withdrawal period for a product at Maminat will expire 14 calendar days after receiving your package; that is, 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods.
In this case, you must write us an email to hola@maminat.com with the reason for the exchange and we will indicate how to proceed to receive it at our facilities at Avda Primado Reig 118 office B, 46010 Valencia.
Once we have reviewed that everything is correct, we will proceed to send you by email, using the same email you used for your order, a coupon that you can use without expiration within our website on your next purchase.
