1. When your hair is damp, apply 2 pumps of Maminat's shampoo for normal hair to your palm and then distribute evenly throughout your hair.

2. Once applied, gently massage your scalp.

3. Focus on different areas, pressing with your fingertips, and complement with circular massages for one minute to stimulate circulation.

4. For a deeper cleanse, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and repeat the washing process.
