This time, I want to make a somewhat unusual post on our blog. A piece that I believe, in some way, is also part of a healthy life. I always think that expressing what we feel and showing our emotions is healthy. That's why, after much thought about what I could give my Maminat colleagues, it occurred to me that, after celebrating our Christmas dinner with the other colleagues from Lanzadera, the entrepreneurial center where we work in Valencia, expressing my gratitude and making it public made me more human and was a small, personal, and very Maminat Christmas detail, it must be said.
You see, this project started like almost all projects in the world: from nothing. I started by chance and trying to solve a problem with my skin and, little by little, over the years, a slightly bigger project is being created. Bigger, fundamentally, because there are now 3 of us.
Adrián and Lorena, I am very, very grateful to you. Adrián is the most technical of the three and gives the project its more masculine touch, super hardworking, always willing, and he is mainly behind the camera and the computer, although lately he also enjoys being front and center with the public at markets.
Lorena is in charge of part of the communication, is in front of the camera, and is the best at making gift bows and figuring out how things can look pretty. She takes on more responsibilities all the time.
Honestly, I am grateful to you for having trusted this project and me to spend part of your days. I learn from you and with you, and together we create a beautiful project in which respect and helping others are fundamental.
Forgive me for the stressful moments (which I have), for carrying boxes up and down to set up the Christmas market together, organizing the batches, when we spend hours labeling our products... I suppose if someone looked through a peephole, they would realize that Maminat involves a lot of work, but, without a doubt, it is beautiful and very complete work.
To you, for your effort, help, and trust... I wish you happy holidays. These days each of you will be with your families in different parts of Spain, and you don't know how my heart opens up when I see that, little by little, the batches are selling out, each of us contributes the best we have, and we continue walking together for Maminat.
