Often, hair falls out due to a lack of iron, and legumes have a lot of it. They also provide us with zinc, which is essential for healthy and strong hair. And if your excuse is that you don't have much time to prepare legume dishes, the best thing to do is to make 2-3 containers on Sundays, and that way you can surely include them in your weekly diet.
Carrots contain beta-carotene, which the liver converts into vitamin A. And vitamin A precisely helps strengthen hair and stimulates its growth.
